To All Jazz Society Members –
Our bylaws call for the convening of an Annual Meeting of all members of the Tucson Jazz Society, and that notice to membership be sent at least 30 days ahead of the meeting date. At our June board meeting, we voted that this be held in August. The date has been fixed at August 6, 6:30pm, and the location will be the Windmill Inn and Suites, at St Phillips Plaza, 4250 N. Campbell. All members are encouraged to attend. The Annual Meeting will be followed by a regular board meeting, to which members are invited to attend.
