 cian Cass Preston (1929-2023) has recently passed on April 4.  He was 93 y
 ears of age\, a lifetime Tucsonan\, and a Tucson music icon.  He was the f
 irst recipient of the Tucson Jazz Society’s Lifetime Achievement Award. We
