The Tucson Jazz Society (TJS) is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to promoting and preserving America's original music - jazz. The Society's mission is to ensure continuity of the jazz art form through its commitment to nurture and champion local talent, bring outstanding national and international artists to southern Arizona, and provide for the young generation via its arts in education program.

TJS remains Tucson’s s only full-time source for all things jazz. It accomplishes its mission through society-sponsored and co-sponsored activities presented in southern Arizona in collaboration with allied cultural, educational, and commercial organizations, and through support from individual and corporate contributions.
